Watercolor Weekend February 17, 2018

Hello Watercolor Friends,

Spring has arrived here in Las Vegas.  I made this card for the Art Impressions Watercolor Weekend roundup using some pretty spring colors. I used a house from the 4958 - WC Cottages Set and two of the branches from the 4964 - WC Branches Set to make the trees. The grass and leaves are from the 4051 - WC Foliage Set 1. The tiny leaves from the 4867 - WC Foliage Set 2 were used to make the bushes by the house.   The flowers were from 4052 - WC Flower Set 1. The fence was made using the 4967 - WC Fence Dies as a mask.

Art Impressions Watercolor Wednesday on YouTube January 7, 2018

I just love Bonnie Krebs, owner/designer of Art Impressions (Ai) and her  Watercolor Wednesday tutorials on YouTube and on the Ai blog. I changed some colors and elements on mine.  Now I want to make another one and change it up even more.  There are so many ways and stamps to change it up. Both of Bonnie's examples are so gorgeous. Art Impressions has the best watercolor stamps.  Go check out Bonnie's video and make one of these spring pictures, yourself. Watercolor Weekend February 3, 2018

Hello Watercolor Friends,

I made this Valentine's day card for the Art Impressions Watercolor Weekend roundup. I used the basket from the 4871 - WC Rustic Container Set.  I used two of the containers from the 4870 - WC Ornate Container Set.  I penciled in the heart and then covered it with the tiny leaves from the 4867 - WC Foliage Set 2.  I used the ivy and another foliage from that set as well.  Two of the flowers were from 4052 - WC Flower Set 1. The grass and leaves are from the 4051 - WC Foliage Set 1. Lastly, I used the flower from the 4701 - Clay Pot set.  Day 19 of #thedailymarker30day

Art Impressions Watercolor Wednesday on YouTube January 31, 2018

I am so happy Bonnie Krebs, owner/creator of Art Impressions is back after a winter break with a new Watercolor Wednesday tutorial on YouTube and on their blog.  I just loved her Spring picture and had to make one of my own.  Art Impressions has the best watercolor stamps.
